ARC Nails – Master Client Agreement

1. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All services are final once started or completed.
  • No refunds, credits, or chargebacks are permitted.
  • Clients must inspect services before leaving the salon.
  • Any concerns must be addressed immediately, before payment.
  • Initiating a bank dispute or chargeback after services are rendered is a violation of this agreement.

2. Right to Refuse Service

  • ARC Nails reserves the right to:
  • Refuse service
  • Require cash-only prepayment
  • Modify or stop service at any time
  • Decline future service due to payment disputes, policy violations, hygiene, or safety concerns

3. Health & Medical Disclosure

  • Clients must disclose before service any condition including:
  • Nail fungus
  • Open wounds or infections
  • Diabetes or immune conditions
  • Skin disorders
  • Allergies or sensitivities
  • Failure to disclose medical conditions releases ARC Nails from responsibility.

4. Infection & Risk Disclaimer

  • Clients understand that nail and pedicure services involve inherent risks, including:
  • Skin irritation
  • Allergic reactions
  • Nail lifting or breakage
  • Infection (rare but possible)
  • ARC Nails follows strict sanitation procedures, but no service is risk-free.
  • The salon is not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Improper aftercare
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Activities or exposure after leaving the salon
  • Medical complications
  • Salon services are cosmetic only, not medical treatment.

5. Nail Fix / Repair Policy

  • Complimentary fixes are offered within 3 days of the original service
  • Applies only to technical service issues
  • Proof of original service is required
  • Free fixes do NOT cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper aftercare
  • Nail biting, picking, or trauma
  • Accidental damage
  • Changes of mind (shape, color, length, design)
  • Work done by another salon
  • Chemical exposure or physical activity
  • ARC Nails may repair only the affected nail(s), not a full redo.

6. No Refunds or Chargebacks

  • Fixes or repairs are the only resolution offered
  • No refunds, credits, or chargebacks are permitted
  • Repeated fix requests or abuse may result in refusal of future service

7. Client Acknowledgment

  • By signing in, the client confirms that:
  • They have read and understood all policies
  • They accept all risks associated with nail services
  • They waive claims related to dissatisfaction, infection, or post-service issues
  • They agree to comply with all policies above
